At CRAS Basic Payments
This Payments Policy outlines
the terms and conditions governing all payments made to the Institute of Royal Aesthetic
of Sri Lanka for services, courses, exams, and other offerings. By proceeding with any
payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We accept the following payment methods:

1.1 Online Payments:
Payments can be made securely through our official website using
authorized payment gateways.

1.2 Bank Transfers:
Payments may be made via direct bank deposits or transfers to the
institute’s designated bank account.

1.3 In-Person Payments:
Cash or card payments are accepted at our office.

1.4 Third-Party Payments:
For certain services (e.g., PSI, ETS, ITTS exams), payments may
need to be made directly to the respective testing body as per their
guidelines.

2.1 Full Payment Requirement:
- Full payment is required at the time of registration or
enrollment unless otherwise specified.
- Services will not be confirmed or delivered until full payment
is received.

2.2 Installment Options:
- Installment plans are available for select courses or services.
- Users opting for installment payments must adhere to the
agreed-upon schedule.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension
or cancellation.

2.3 Late Payments:
- Payments not received by the due date may incur a late payment
fee of 5% of the total amount.
- Continued non-payment may result in the cancellation of services
without refund eligibility.

- All payments must be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless
otherwise stated.
- For international transactions, currency conversion fees may
apply and are the responsibility of the payer.

- An official invoice will be issued upon payment confirmation.
- Payment receipts will be provided electronically or in printed
form for in-person transactions.

5.1 Online Security:
- We use secure payment gateways to protect your financial
information.
- The institute will never request sensitive payment details
(e.g., credit card PIN or passwords) via email or phone.

5.2 Fraud Prevention:
- If any fraudulent activity is detected in connection with a
payment, the transaction will be canceled, and legal action may
be taken.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that payments are made from
legitimate sources.

- Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund
Policy.
- Cancellations must be made within the stipulated deadlines to
qualify for a refund.

6.2 Disputes & Queries:
- For any payment-related disputes or queries, you must notify us
in writing within 7 days of the transaction.
- Our team will review the matter and respond within 14 business
days.
The Institute of Royal Aesthetic of Sri Lanka reserves the
right to update or amend this policy at any time. Changes will be effective
immediately upon posting on our website.
